Brand: Avon
Range: Smooth Minerals Lip Tint
Shades: Smooth Nude, Smooth Pink, Smooth Berry
Swatched by yours truly: akisa

  • Very subtle sheer lip tint with the slightest hint of shimmer
  • Made with naturally derived mineral complex, nourishing emollients & vitamins
  • In Australia this is available in the 3 shades swatched. In US there are more shades such as “Smooth Raisin”.
  • Verdict: Lip tints are great for those who say they don’t like wearing lipstick but secretly want to wear it when they see others pull it off.  But these tints don’t tick my boxes as the shades are too sheer and not particularly flattering on me for me to justify purchasing.

Wow your lips look great!! <– haha, that's such a strange comment to make, whenever I look at lip swatches online my sis turns away and says, "eww, you're stalking someone's lips again!!!" lol :P

If you wouldn't mind, I have one suggestion though – could you please include a picture of your lips without any product over them just so we can see how pigmented they are naturally? The swatches you have are great, but it would be even better if we can have a "before" to compare it to….

Thanks so much for your great work!! Oh and your site looks great by the way, very sophisticated and polished!! :D

Hi Annabelle! Your comment really made my day~

Just wanted to clarify your suggestion.. Do you mean uploading bare lip pics for each blog post, as I was planning to upload it once only on the “Contributor” page http://beautyswatch.com/contributors/ Also I tend to swatch 5-10 shades at a time, which makes my bare lips look really worn out if I do it each time.
