Here’s what I recommended for Gail…
In terms of Dior vs. La Mer, I recommend Dior Creme de Rose as it’s a richer formula and helps re-contour lips more so than La Mer The Lip Balm.
However overall the best re-contouring lip balm I’ve across to date for wearing underneath lipstick is Bobbi Brown Lip Balm SPF15 (in the silver tin)
